SPvG Office Services Guide
Sandberg, Phoenix and von Gontard, P.C. is a full-service, 65+ attorney law firm with its primary office located in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. From our experience in practicing law, we are well acquainted with the problems, frustrations, and costs of traveling and working in unfamiliar cities. We would like to help make your next business trip to St. Louis a more pleasant experience.
This extends to you our offer of support services at our office while you have business in St. Louis. We do not charge a fee for these services. You will only be expected to pay for the out-of-pocket cost of any expenses we incur on your behalf. The facilities and services we can provide include conference rooms, copying services, scheduling of court reporters, telephone and computer connections, and limited secretarial support. We hope you will take advantage of our offer.
CONFERENCE ROOMS AND VISITORS' OFFICE
Sandberg, Phoenix & von Gontard offer 12 conference rooms that can accommodate meetings and depositions of up to fifteen attendees. Some of our conference rooms overlook the City of St. Louis, the Arch, and the Mississippi River.
Our conference rooms are equipped with speakerphones, audiovisual equipment, and additional phone lines for computer modem connections. Each conference room is stocked with legal pads, pens, pencils, and markers for your convenience.
Coffee, tea, and soda are complimentary. Our staff will prepare your conference room and will be available throughout the day to refill beverages, replenish supplies, and answer your questions.
We also maintain a space exclusively for our visitors to use while preparing for meetings or depositions, making phone calls, or meeting privately with clients.
OFFICE SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT
Our fully equipped workrooms are stocked with office supplies, including dividers, exhibit stickers, file folders, and local court forms. High-speed multi-functional copiers, scanners, fax machines, binding machines, and dictating equipment are also available for your use.
COMMUNICATIONS
Voice Mail
SPvG uses the Repartee Voice Mail System. If you will be staying in St. Louis for several days, we will set up a temporary voice mailbox at which you can receive messages.
Internet
Internet access is via a full T1 using Internet Explorer. We have RJ45 Connections in all our conference rooms to access the Internet.
FaxPress
FaxPress can send faxes directly from a network computer workstation.
LIBRARY
Our library contains the essential tools to meet your research and reference needs, including computer research services and topical and general reference materials. We maintain up-to-date volumes of court rules for Federal courts as well as for circuit courts in Missouri, Illinois and surrounding states. If we do not have what you need in our library, we can assist you in finding it through larger local libraries, including the Washington University medical library, the St. Louis University and Washington University law libraries, and the Eighth Circuit library.

Federal, Missouri, and Illinois statutes, rules, and digests; topical materials including treatises on health law, admiralty and maritime law, insurance, tax law, litigation, product liability, banking and corporate law, and real estate.
COURT REPORTING SERVICES
The following are some of the superior court reporting services in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area which can provide stenographers or videotape operators for depositions, arbitrations, and meetings.
Sandberg, Phoenix & von Gontard recommends Gore, Perry, Gateway Reporting Company for depositions throughout Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois. Gore provides a 5% discount for depositions taken at our office.

COPYING SERVICES
SPvG is happy to assist you with small copying projects. SPvG also has equipment for making exhibit enlargements in-house, copying of videos, color copying projects and large document copying for a modest charge.

ADMINISTRATIVE/NOTARY SERVICES
Workload permitting, we can provide light secretarial support such as typing short documents, faxing, scanning or making unanticipated changes in travel or accommodation arrangements. All of our secretaries have computers using Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. In addition, some of our secretaries can provide notary services.
